The Sampson County Beekeepers Association is a Chapter of the North Carolina State Beekeepers Association. We abide by the bylaws of the NCSBA and have elected officers that represent our chapter at state meetings.
The SCBA is a part of one of the oldest, largest and most active state beekeeping organizations in the nation. Read here about the history of the NCSBA. (It is an actual book from the NC State archives) Picture to the left is an 1800's era veil. Notice the pipe for smoking.
